• All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In case of event being cancelled/postponed HECSA will refund only the actual value of the ticket you purchased for and not the service fee.
• You must produce either a printout of the ticket issued with the barcode OR the E-Ticket using your smartphone during check-in at the auditorium. Failure to show the tickets may result in denial of admission to the event with no refund. Basically, NO TICKET NO CHECK-IN. (Mobile network disruptions may prevent you from accessing the internet to download your tickets. To ensure successful entry to your event, we recommend you save your tickets to an easily accessible place within your smartphone.)
• The link between booking service and your browser is protected using SSL encryption. SSL is the industry standard encryption technology, and helps keep your information safe and secure.
• HECSA reservation system does not rent or sell your personal information to third parties.
• Absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOGRAPHY of any sort is allowed. 
• HECSA reserve right to deny admission or remove patron from auditorium if any violation is found.
• Please carry a valid photo ID.
• By purchasing the tickets, you are accepting the above terms.
